Check your scope and dates

Six answers, computed from the record in your browser. Your answers are not sent or stored.

1. What do you certify?

The next scheduled assessment or surveillance visit. Leave blank if not known.

Leave blank if the certificate has no expiry or you are applying.

5. Is one person named as the transition owner?
6. Does a certification mark continue in use after the initial certificate?
See what changed

Not legal advice; does not certify. This is a planning reading from your answers, not a compliance result or a decision on accreditation. The planning date is an estimate with its basis stated in the result.

What the reading can and cannot say

It reads your role, your accreditation status, your next assessment date, your certificate expiry and whether a transition owner exists. It returns a planning position, not a compliance result.

The five readings

  • Scope incomplete. A required answer is missing. It names the answer, never a default.
  • Out of scope. The scope in clause 1 names bodies certifying products, processes and services.
  • Renew before publication. The recorded expiry is before the planning date.
  • Assess under 2012, prepare now. The next assessment is before the planning date.
  • Decide with your accreditation body. The next assessment is after the planning date, and no transition period has been published.

Why there is no transition deadline

No accreditation authority has published a transition period for this edition. The planning date is an estimate from ISO stage 50.20. The reading therefore sends the date question to the body that can answer it, in writing, instead of inventing a deadline.

The check does not store your answers. The page fetches one static file, /seed/scope.json, and computes locally. Cloudflare serves the page and records a cookieless page view.
