Use the draft status filter in your head: Same number and title means the public contents confirms the clause; Replaced means the FDIS states a new clause at 8.8.

The FDIS requirement wording is not held. No page quotes it or invents it. Where the new edition changes a title, the page says so and keeps the requirement that applies today.
