The obligation register
This is the layout, not the full kit. The paid kit carries every normative clause and annex page, the evidence list, the dated plan and the CSV and XLSX versions.

What the columns mean
Clause and title identify the FDIS clause number and the title in the public contents. Evidence artefact is what an assessor samples. Owner, due date, status and evidence pointer are the fields your team fills in. The requirement, the probe and the common failures sit beside them in the full register.
Specimen, not a certificate. Not legal advice; does not certify.
